You do not need a studio or a free afternoon to feel steadier. This is a compact home practice built for the days when everything is already full: a corner of a room, a mat, and thirty-five honest minutes. You start with breath, move through a handful of forgiving poses, then sit in stillness long enough for your shoulders to drop.

The point is not perfection, it is showing up. Pick a time that keeps coming back, whether that is before the house wakes up or in the gap after dinner. Do it enough and the mat starts to feel like a small, dependable room you can always return to.

Clear a quiet corner and lay out your mat. Add a candle or a little incense if it helps you settle.

Suggestion: Keep the mat somewhere visible so the practice stays easy to start.
pause

Sit comfortably and breathe deeply for five minutes. Inhale through the nose, exhale slowly through the mouth, and let your thoughts loosen.

Move through twenty minutes of gentle flow: Cat-Cow, Child's Pose, Downward Dog, and a slow Forward Bend, holding each for about five breaths.

Suggestion: Follow a video the first few times if you want guidance on form.
pause

Finish with ten minutes of meditation. Sit tall, focus on your breath, and let thoughts pass without chasing them.

Notice how you feel now compared to when you started. Jot a line in a journal if something surfaced.
