Ten minutes is enough to change how your morning feels. A short stretch wakes tight muscles, gets the blood moving, and shakes off the stiffness that settles in overnight. It asks for no equipment and no experience, just a bit of floor and a few quiet minutes before the day speeds up.

Move through it gently, breathe into each stretch, and finish with a moment of stillness to notice the ease it leaves behind. Do it daily and the payoff compounds: better flexibility, a lighter mood, and a body that feels ready rather than reluctant.

Find a quiet spot with room to move. Lay down a mat or soft carpet and dim the lights or add gentle music if it helps.

Start with neck tilts for a minute, gently side to side, then roll your shoulders forward and back to loosen tension.

Work slowly through the rest of the body: back, hips, and legs, holding each stretch and breathing into it.

Suggestion: Never force a stretch; ease to the edge and hold.
pause

Finish by lying or sitting still for a moment. Take a few deep breaths and notice the ease and clarity.

Commit to doing it every morning. The consistency is what builds real flexibility and a steadier mood.
