Daydream on Purpose for Ten Minutes
Give your mind ten deliberate minutes to wander wherever it likes. A tiny escape that sparks creativity and eases stress.

We usually treat daydreaming as something to catch ourselves doing, then stop. But letting your mind wander on purpose is a small gift: ten minutes of unstructured imagining can loosen tension, spark ideas, and leave you feeling lighter than you did before.
Find a comfortable spot with no interruptions and set the mood, dim light or a shaded corner outdoors, maybe some soft instrumental music. Then close your eyes and let go of any goal. Do not steer your thoughts or judge them. Picture a place you love or an adventure you dream of, and simply watch your imagination build its own scene. When the ten minutes are up, notice how you feel.
