It is a structured meditation and breathing session designed to lower the noise, sharpen your focus, and leave you noticeably calmer. No experience needed, just a quiet spot and the willingness to sit with your own breath.

Set a serene scene with soft light and maybe a scented candle. Settle into a comfortable seat with a straight, relaxed spine. Begin with ten minutes of paced breathing and a few minutes of alternate-nostril breathing, then move into thirty minutes of meditation, gently returning your attention to the breath each time it drifts. Close with ten minutes of reflection, journaling or simply noticing the shift in your mind.
