Self-care does not need a whole day or a fancy setup, just one intentional hour and permission to focus on yourself. This play is a five-step ritual that fits into any schedule: mindful breathing, a mindful drink, a moment of gratitude, some movement you enjoy, and a gentle wind-down. Small steps, real reset.

Start with ten minutes of slow, counted breathing to settle. Refresh with a full glass of water or a calming tea, sipped slowly. Spend ten minutes on gratitude, writing down three things you are thankful for. Move your body for twenty minutes in whatever way feels good, yoga, a dance, a brisk walk. Then close with fifteen minutes of meditation or light reading. An hour later you come back to your day steadier and kinder to yourself.
