A Ten Minute Mindful Walk
Step outside for ten minutes and actually notice it. A short, restorative walk that reconnects you with yourself and your surroundings.

A mindful walk is an ordinary walk with your attention switched on. Instead of scrolling in your head, you tune into your steps, your breath and the world passing by. Ten minutes is enough to shift your mood and quiet the noise.
Set a small intention before you leave, then let your senses lead. The feel of the ground, the temperature of the air, the sounds around you. You come back a little calmer than you left.

Before you head out, set an intention. Peace, clarity, or simply noticing. Dress comfortably and pick a quieter route if you can.
Start with your breath. Inhale deeply through the nose, exhale slowly through the mouth, and let it centre you.
Move through your senses one at a time. Feel the ground underfoot, notice the air on your skin, listen to what surrounds you.
As the walk winds down, reflect. What did you notice? How do you feel now compared to when you set off?
Carry the calm forward and consider making this a regular part of your day.
