Find a calm, distraction free spot to think clearly. A comfy chair, a park bench, a quiet library corner.
Ask what you genuinely want to achieve, in work, growth or health, and make sure it lines up with what you value.
Write the goal down and make it specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time bound.
Name one small, immediate action that builds momentum toward it. Something you could start this week.
